Good news or bad news, he spoke directl ... y and honestly with us at all times. There were no unrealistic expectations. Mr. Lombardi let us vent our frustrations, have our melt downs - he knew (and warned us) that we would have them. His staff was good about calling to update us when there were updates to be had. They were friendly and helped us along quite a bit. For us, and for our personal situation, Lombardi Law Firm was the perfect fit.
