HOA Guidance. Matt provided excellent guidance on an issue with my HOA. He was well versed on Maryland Law in this area and his help was and has been invaluable.
Incompentent and negligent law firm. Buyer beware!. This is the most incompetent law firm I have ever encountered. There negligence and incompetence on a very simple real estate transaction was beyond belief. They made careless and negligent mistakes that were pointed out to them initially, do not pay attention to any detail and do not follow throug ... h on correcting the mistakes they make. They tought themselves as experts in agricultural property and this is so far from the truth. I wish I had never hired them and I would never recommend their services to anyone, unless you want your job done wrong.
